Free delivery over £30

Delivery is free on all orders over £30. On orders under £30, a delivery charge applies and is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from within the UK, so there are no customs charges or import delays on anything you buy from us.

Dispatch and timescales

Orders are prepared and dispatched on working days. The delivery timescale for each service is shown next to it at checkout, counted from the day your order is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email when your order leaves us.

Age check on delivery

Our products are for adults aged 18 and over only. Our courier may ask the person accepting the delivery for photographic ID to confirm they are an adult. If no adult is available or age cannot be confirmed, the parcel cannot be left and will be returned to the courier’s depot for redelivery or collection.

If your parcel is delayed or does not arrive

Occasional courier delays happen. If your order has not arrived within the timescale shown at checkout, email us at info@vapora.uk with your order number and we will track it down or put it right.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us at info@vapora.uk within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund under our Refund and Returns Policy.
