Are your vapes legal in the UK?

Yes. Everything we sell is UK compliant stock bought through the UK duty paid supply chain. Pods hold 2ml or less, nicotine strength is 20mg or less, and bottled nicotine liquid comes in 10ml bottles, exactly as UK law requires.

Do you sell disposable vapes?

No. Single use disposable vapes have been banned from sale in the UK since 1 June 2025. We sell the legal replacements instead: rechargeable pod kits and big puff kits that use a 2ml pod fed by a 10ml refill container. Our guide Are Big Puff Vapes Legal in the UK? explains how they work.

How old do I need to be to order?

You must be 18 or over. We may verify your age at checkout, and our courier may ask for photographic ID when your order is delivered.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over £30. On smaller orders the charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Full details are on our Shipping and Delivery page.

Which nicotine strength should I choose?

As a guide: 20mg suits heavier smokers, 10mg suits moderate smokers, and 3mg to 6mg suits light smokers. Nicotine salt liquids feel smooth even at 20mg. Our beginners guide walks you through the choice properly.

Can I return something?

Yes. You can cancel an unused order within 14 days of delivery, and faulty items are replaced or refunded. The full rules are on our Refund and Returns Policy page.

What is the vape duty stamp on my pack?

Since 1 October 2026, vaping liquid carries Vaping Products Duty, and new stock carries a duty stamp to prove the tax was paid. From 1 April 2027 every vaping product on sale in the UK must carry one. Our UK vape tax guide explains the rates and dates.
