Who we are
Vapora.uk is an online vape shop based in the United Kingdom, selling vape kits, pods, e-liquids and nicotine pouches to adults. You can contact us at any time at info@vapora.uk.
Age restriction: 18 and over only
It is illegal to sell vaping products and nicotine pouches to anyone under 18 in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. We may verify your age at checkout, and our courier may ask for photographic ID on delivery. If age cannot be confirmed, the order will not be completed or delivered.
Our products
Every product we sell is UK compliant stock. Pods and tanks hold 2ml or less, nicotine strength is capped at 20mg, and bottled nicotine liquid comes in 10ml bottles, as UK law requires. Single use disposable vapes have been banned in the UK since 1 June 2025 and we do not sell them. Product images are for illustration; flavours and packaging may vary slightly by batch.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Vaping Products Duty, where it applies, is included in the supply chain cost of the product. You pay through the payment methods offered at checkout, and your order is confirmed by email once payment is accepted.
Your contract with us
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your goods have been dispatched. If an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, we will contact you and refund any payment in full if the order cannot be completed as placed.
Delivery
Delivery options, costs and timescales are shown at checkout before you pay, and are explained on our Shipping and Delivery page. Delivery is free on orders over £30.
Returns and refunds
Your cancellation and returns rights are explained in full on our Refund and Returns Policy page. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Health information
Vaping products contain nicotine, which is addictive. They are intended as an alternative for adult smokers and are not suitable for non smokers, young people, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. We make no medical claims about our products.
Liability
If something goes wrong with a product we supply, we will put it right, replace it or refund you in line with your legal rights. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
